The location of the property overlooking the race track , the scenery was wonderful and on Friday I could watch the horse race clearly from the balcony of my room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant and made me feel like I was a regular guest in the hotel although it was my first visit to the hotel. From the staff at the reception I would like to mention the following: 1- Miss. Abla 2- Miss. Ons 3- Miss. Swe The above were very helpful, pleasant and professionals in their job. Would like to congratulate the management in having such employees in the hotel.

I had the most unforgettable experience ringing in the New Year at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The ambiance was festive, and the New Year’s Eve celebration was spectacular — with great food, entertainment, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room was immaculate, with stunning views that made the whole experience even more magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start the new year. Highly recommend!

The hotel is so structurally simple, yet very well designed and space managed. As my son said everything is automatic..the light water and even the curtains are touch button control . That will impress you.. value for money, we were lucky to witness the drone show in preparation of the World Cup.. it was excellent. All rooms are facing the race course and east facing. Good view and very peace and calm. The lift, lobby swimming pool staff all are very nice and welcoming. Parking facilities are so fast. There are some structural damage that needs repairing. We stayed in 9th floor and some damage were seen. The only thing that we feel should have been more reasonable is the breakfast cost. It was given as 150 aed per person. That does not make any sense when hotel room cost us less than 700 per room..
